The Fighting Irish and the Wisconsin Badgers will face-off this fall at Lambeau Field in Green Bay. The meeting between these two storied football programs in one of the most iconic NFL stadiums will be held on Sunday, September 6, 2026 as part of the 2026 Shamrock Series.

Saturday, September 5, 2026 Robots & Caregiving: A Human-Centered Analytics Approach 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Rockwood Terrace The Human-Centered Analytics Lab (HAL) at Notre Dame is exploring how AI-enabled social robots can shape the future of dementia care through robot-assisted reminiscence therapy. Come meet the robots, see how they engage people in conversation, and get a first look at where this work is headed. We will share insights from our pilot program, carried out within the university community to help undergraduate students prepare for job interviews, where the robots performed on par with human facilitators, with comparable results. Join us to explore how this cross-disciplinary research brings together advanced technology and human well-being to serve the common good.

Sunday, September 6, 2026 Shrine of Our Lady of Champion Pilgrimage 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. The Shrine of Our Lady of Champion (4047 Chapel Drive, Green Bay, WI, 54229) The Notre Dame Alumni Association's FaithND and Traveling Irish Programs, in partnership with Verso Ministries and the Order of Malta, are pleased to offer a free, half-day pilgrimage to The Shrine of Our Lady of Champion, the first and only approved Marian apparition site in the United States. Complimentary, round trip bus transportation will be provided to the first 50 registrants who request it. Other pilgrims with their own transportation can meet the group at 9 a.m. at the Shrine's History Center. More information here.
