Engineers at Ground Zero is a documentary film that highlights the little-known role structural engineers played following the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center. The film focuses on members of the Structural Engineers Association of New York (SEAoNY) who supported recovery efforts, helped stabilize damaged structures, and addressed critical infrastructure risks in the aftermath of the attacks. Featuring firsthand accounts from engineers who were there, along with archival photos and video, the film documents how the events of 9/11 influenced building design and emergency response practices and reflects on how people came together in the face of tragedy.
